Shopify eCommerce
Design & Development

Our process

We’re a creative design shop. And we’re all about business results. That’s why we embrace a disciplined, 4-stage approach. It’s the process we use to replicate eCommerce success for our clients, again and again.

1. Discovery & defining success

We start with a brand immersion session. We ask a series of questions to learn all about your business model, brand image, products and services, target audience, competition, what’s working and what’s not working. Then we define success in order to quantify business goals, communications objectives, and KPIs (key performance indicators).

2. Map the user experience

Our eCommerce web design and UX team will map out the optimal architecture. One that delivers a seamless, user-friendly path from product search to check-out. Your primary target audience is always top-of-mind. We let the prospect persona guide the process in the right direction.

3. Website Design & Development

Our expert development team will design and deploy a pixel perfect website that’s desktop and mobile responsive. Then we deliver a sleek, modern design grounded in eCommerce industry best practices. Our developers adhere to exacting specifications, so your website is guaranteed to include all features and functionality agreed to in the project proposal.

4. Launch handoff

You won’t go it alone. We’ll assign an experienced backend navigation trainer who’ll work with you one-on-one. They’ll make sure you’re proficient in all the backend panel management features. And they’ll be on-call for an additional two weeks to address any additional questions.

Custom App Development

Shopify delivers a comprehensive eCommerce solution out-of-the-box, but every business has unique needs. If you want to automate an operations process or implement a tiered upsell at checkout, it’s all doable with our custom apps. View our latest apps

Art of eCommerce Photography

Product shots are the key to increasing conversion and reducing returns. Poor quality photos scream poor quality products. Our photographers specialize in the nuance of eCommerce presentation, so your product is just as alluring in digital as it is in real life. They’ll recommend the right combination of product hero and lifestyle shots. And our photos maintain product detail when shoppers zoom-in for a close-up. Fewer surprises mean fewer returns.
